I am the first actress in the life of a trucker . He and I were discussing possible perspectives of your job you have in the coming months . Have you been thinking about going with another company . He is the way , when one of the many truck stops in the U.S. tonight asked me to find what trucking companies had gone bankrupt in the past year . Unfortunately I could not find anything worth reading using a search engine , so I'm here to see if maybe someone can help me . If anyone has any ideas , please let me know . Thank you !
i had filed a Chapter 13 bankruptcy a few years ago strawberry fully paid a year in a half ago . I wondered if I would be eligible for the advance emarld this year .
They asked me if I was working. And i said yes, part time. Then they told me to bring six months of paystubs. Do they ask about unemployment?
I was in a fender bender, but there was never a police report filed. However, I did file a claim on my insurance company. If I was to switch insurance policies, would the new insurance company be able to know about the accident? OR since there was no police report is it not on record?
been thinking about filing Chapter 7 bankruptcy and then join the Air Force. ? I can be disqualified for that?
My husband filed for bankruptcy in 2009 , and I have a high score and we are in need of a loan to pay the debts , any ideas?
I know you can only file bankruptcy once every 6 years or so but I also know the offers of credit go UP after a bankruptcy filing. Banks know you can not refile for at least 6 years. My question is: what happens to people who don't pay those bills and can not declare bankruptcy again. We don't have debtors prison and if they don't own much of value how does that situation work out?
Do all companies say 0.00 balances immediately or after 60 days, the balances are 0.00 ? ? ? ?
I filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy . Was completed in February 2009 and my debt was discharged ( forgiven ) . Before filing my income taxes for 2009 , is there anything special I have to do to file my taxes . I do it myself online .
I didn't think there was a time limit going from 7 to 13, just if you wanted to do another chapter 7.
I am at my wits end. My attorney suggested trying to reestablish immediately. However, with the bankruptcy on my credit most credit cards are reluctant to extend credit. I have been told different things by different people. Therefore, I would really appreciate only people with experience with this problem responding. I have both a checking and a savings account, have set up all my accounts such as utilities and cable in my name, and have made all payments on time, and in full. Which credit card (secured of course) would help me to reestablish. I know that due to the circumstances the interest rate may be a little high, but I just want the opportunity so that when my fiancee and I prepare for home ownership down the road I'll at least have some credit established. I have been told by a realtor that sometimes new credit or reestablished credit can be just as bad as having bad credit....HELP!!!...
