QBankruptcy 13 Question?

I recently had a Chapter 13 Bankrubtcy . I ended up in a contract year for three years , anyway had to end because apart from my husband . I was in charge of the bills and took care of everything else . I left the house again . My question is , if I have even a checking account can creditors or any person who should I take money from my bank account ? I called the bank is Chase Bank, and nobody seems to know the answer to my question . Thanks for any help .

Creditors may obtain a judgment that allows them to obtain UN amounts paid if you could not hold his part of the agreement . You should see about changing to avoid Chapter 7 .

At least in Michigan can seize bank accounts without even notifying you. You need to talk to your lawyer . Chase will not provide such information to you .

you need to talk with your attorney that you filed your 13 with ASAP~
