Lawyers are supposed to have the best interests of their clients at heart. And personal injury lawyer usually get a percentage of the settlement . So if you can get more , it stands to reason that he would try .

Not neccessarily . If they are offering what they feel the car is worth , then you can take . However, you can fight for more if you feel the deal is unfair . Moreover, even if one accepts the agreement , it is always good if not close immediately ... due to injuries caused by the accident may appear later, etc , etc.

Never take the first offer. Always get a second and third opinion before deciding on what you want. Think about what might have caused the accident that will affect you in the future .

whether it is fair and reasonable , yes , I would take it. if not, then not . I say that because I think sometimes the more you knew , the more damage can be done to you. Perhaps only concerned the deal will go down instead of up!
