QAre you liable if someone else was driving your vehicle?

If you allow someone to drive your car and did not know his license had been suspended and you are involved in an accident , you are responsible for any damage propertry ?

If you are responsible both for the car , the people inside , and anything or anyone hurt . No matter if the person who has provided a valid license or not .

yes - to control who receives the keys that are ultimately ignorantly responsible so the car does - because you can not do anything without being driven for us sorry

Yes you are. You are the registered owner of the vehicle and are expected to know who is driving your car . It is likely that your insurance does not cover an unlicensed driver , so the person driving pays , or you will be forced to . say
